Mom was a great cook and she loved to fill our farm table with country cooking. When Mom passed, I inherited a wealth that can never be replaced: her recipe folder. We inherently look at abuse of power as the foundation that drives submission, especially in the man/woman relationship. Submission is not "keeping a woman in her place" but respectfully making a place together. Submission is not making a woman feel "less than" but feeds and supports her worth. To be a true Christian, we must set our sights on being more like Christ. Christ was at respectful in all situations. Christ saw people - good and bad - through the eyes of the Holy Spirit.
