Welcome! I am Carla Gasser, a Christian women's speaker, Bible teacher, color analysis and style consultant, and author of The Beauty of an Uncluttered Soul. As a recovering perfectionist and decluttering freak, I teach spiritually speaking women how to deal with and remove soul clutter by inviting God's Spirit to transform them from the inside out. It is possible (with God's help!) to clear the clutter and live a life filled with hope, joy, peace, and beauty!
I have spent more than fifteen years as an inspirational Christian women's speaker, working with groups of all sizes and varieties, and am ready to inspire, encourage, and challenge your guests to lean into God to make them beautiful from the inside out!
While there is a wide range of talented and inspirational women's speakers to choose from, I will prayerfully prepare and custom-fit a topic and presentation just for your women or group. A teacher at heart, my presentations incorporate humor, storytelling, audio/visual elements, and audience participation to reach people of all ages in all seasons of life. One of my favorite aspects of speaking is meeting with ministry and event coordinators to develop a custom-designed plan that best meets the needs of the women you know and serve.

Whether the women in your ministry have been on their faith journey for years or are just beginning to grow, my series provides the essential tools to clear the soul clutter that hinders spiritual growth. This is not about giving all the answers but about empowering women to discover them with God's guidance. I’ll guide them through understanding what soul clutter is, how to declutter with God's help, and why living a clutter-free life leads to purpose, freedom, and hope.These three workshops can be presented individually or as part of a full-day conference or overnight retreat.

BRING BEAUTY BACK: Embracing God's View of Beauty, Inside & Out
Somewhere along the way, we have lost God's view of beauty. What if we could bring beauty back from our appearance-obsessed society, which has hijacked and distorted outer beauty, and from a Christian culture that may guilt us into believing that outer beauty is shallow and less spiritual? In this keynote or workshop, we deal with the wound caused by these distorted ways of thinking and bring back a balanced and biblical perspective of inner and outer beauty. This presentation begins with a biblical foundation of beauty and then transitions into fun, interactive activities. We'll cover the basics of color analysis, dressing with style, and using accessories to reflect your inner beauty!
The Bible uses the imagery of a desert or wilderness, both literally and figuratively, to describe times when God feels distant, absent, or unresponsive. It is a place where one may have a crisis of faith. Due to some physical, emotional, relational, or financial trauma, women feel alone, lost, and vulnerable. They may question God and isolate themselves from others.
Women walking in desert wastelands long to find purpose in the pain, hope for the journey, and encouragement to make it to the Promised Land.
The Way of the Wilderness teaches women how to name, frame, and tame their desert experiences. Based on my own time of wandering through the desert, this presentation uses my personal story to provide practical truth. My goal is to help guide participants through any wilderness experience with promises from scripture, interactive discussion, and thoughtful reflection activities.
Women will learn that God does not waste their wilderness experiences nor leave them wandering aimlessly but desires to provide streams in the wasteland.

One of my passions has been to mentor and encourage other women on the path. In these very hands-on, practical sessions, I teach and train church ministry leaders and lay volunteers on how to mentor, serve, and guide women to connect their faith and life and lead a life of passion and purpose. I will provide materials, activities, and resources ready to use and easily adaptable for your particular group.

The South Point ladies were so blessed to have Carla speak at our retreat. It is evident Carla has a love and deep relationship with The Lord. She is genuine and kind-hearted and it is obvious that she lives life out of a deep sincere passion for God. Carla did an amazing job of bring God’s truth to the area of beauty. In a well organized and fun presentation she showed  the world’s view, the church’s view and the Bible’s view of beauty. Then she gave practical ways we could apply the Biblical view of beauty to our lives.

I have known and worked with Carla Gasser for the past 15 years and can wholeheartedly vouch for her speaking and teaching gifts. I am the Director of Women's Ministries at her church, Hudson Community Chapel, and have worked with her on our Women's Committee, as well as placed her in many positions of teaching. She has taught larger group studies of 100+ women, and is very comfortable and poised up front. She is a diligent student of God's Word and clearly presents truth from Scripture with relevant examples and humorous stories. Carla was the keynote speaker for our Ladies Spring Luncheon. Eight five ladies, ages 19 - 92, were in attendance. Her presentation was appropriate for a wide age range of guests. Carla's message was based on the theme of her book, "The Beauty of the Uncluttered Soul". Based on her own experiences she gave suggestions of how we can unclutter our spiritual, emotional and external life. She focused on the "Fruits of the Spirit" and how these are the outward evidence of a transformed inner life. Her presentation is biblically sound. Carla has been very professional; responding promptly, agreeing to a Zoom interview, providing an outline of her program, her statement of faith, and following up as the event date grew closer. She used a power point presentation which helped engage the audience. We did permit her to sell copies of her book before and after the event, and many ladies purchased her book. I would highly recommend Carla as a speaker for any Christian women's event.

Carla spoke at our church Women’s event in October of this year titled UNCLUTTERED: RENEW-RESTORE-RECEIVE. She did a wonderful job. Her easy manner and down to earth teaching, spiritually grounded, was appreciated by all. There were table discussions and handouts to encourage interaction. Also speaking about principles of faith and fashion made for a fun experience in the afternoon. I would highly recommend her for her gifts and talents in speaking.

Carla was a true inspiration to the women of our church. Our group got to enjoy her for two of our women's events. She was down to earth, relatable, easy to work with and a wonderful woman of God! Our group enjoyed her very much and walked away being blessed by what God put on her heart to share with us! They were moved spiritually and emotionally to a closer relationship with the Lord. It is with great pleasure that I recommend Carla as a speaker for your organization. I can recall when I was walking by an auditorium and felt compelled to stop and listen to the speaker on the stage. On stage was Carla Gasser speaking from her heart and sharing a personal story. Carla engaged the ladies with her down to earth demeanor and easily connected with her audience. As I began to get to know Carla it was evident how much she loved the Lord and desired to serve Him wholeheartedly. Carla "walks the talk" and lives out her salvation on a daily basis.
