CJ Rapp is a speaker and author in Southern California who shares about priorities, strength, and faith. Her books include, Stronger (2016), Trash the Lies (2014), Tossed, Tumbled and Still Trusting (2012), and I AM Says, You Are (2008).
CJ’s articles have been featured in publications such as The Christian Post, and Solutions Magazine, and she has appeared as a guest on faith based radio programs. CJ’s unique ability to help others see themselves in the stories and situations found in the Bible make her a popular women’s speaker at retreats and women’s events across the country. She has spoken as the co-keynote speaker for The California Women’s Retreat with Rene Bondi, and shared the stage with Lisa Whelchel at the Pearl Conference. In 2014 she founded the Trash the Lies women’s conference featuring Thelma Wells (Women of Faith) which taught women to overcome the cultural lies that threatened to undermine their faith and identity.
As a gifted communicator, CJ will touch your heart with her authentic, casual style, make you laugh, renew your hope and inspire you with her passion and insight into God’s Word. An expert in women's issues, her heart is to help women revolutionize their life by re-defining their self-image and refining their understanding of God's heart for them.
CJ married her best friend John in 1998. Together they have two amazing teenage boys, which provide a continuous source of character lessons and joy. As a family they seek to live out their faith in an ever-changing culture.

We were blessed to have CJ as our Women's Retreat speaker this past weekend. Her willingness to share her life experiences and her deep understanding of God's Word ministered to all who came! We returned back to our homes strengthened, refreshed and encouraged in our identity in Christ. Thank you CJ!

"CJ Rapp, her husband John and two boys Dillon & Austin ventured into our rag-tag, fledgling band of Jesus followers over a year and a half ago before we started gathering weekly Easter, 2011. With little to offer and even less to impress, CJ and the Rapp men found our pursuit of Jesus worthy of their continued involvement. I have enjoyed personal time with them to hear their hearts for Jesus instilling a passion for the lost and least. I have watched CJ, her husband and boys attend regularly, engage sincerely, love deeply, support generously, serve humbly from setting up chairs to befriending the homeless. CJ has been entrusted with teaching the Word of God to our congregation resulting in genuine response stemming from solid, biblical, authentic teaching. As a champion and supporter of CJ's ministry, I attended her ""Trash the Lies"" women's event - a quality gathering offering Biblical truth in relevant language to today's woman......
