I first heard Laurie speak and share her story at a Mastering Mothering event at my church. I was instantly captivated by the way she told her story and above all, her love for Jesus! Instantly I knew Laurie would be a perfect guest on my podcast which is meant to empower other mothers. She shared wisdom and firsthand advice on becoming more Godly mothers as the Lord has called us all to be. Laurie, being a mom of 5, had a lot to say on the subject and shared scripture to backup her "why". Laurie has been a great blessing in my life and I know she is a great blessing to so many! Her passion to help others, her positivity and joy for the Lord is contagious and welcoming.
Laurie is a fantastic speaker!! She is extremely knowledgeable about mental health issues and is passionate about helping others in their mental health journey. Her love for Jesus shines through her. She delivers her talks so eloquently! I highly recommend Laurie.

I was delightfully surprised when Laurie invited me to be part of her team for a women’s retreat.
Not only was it a pleasure to be asked, (sometimes people see something in you, you don’t see in yourself) but working under Laurie’s leadership, obedience, and influence from the Holy Spirit was an incredible learning and growing experience. The magnitude of the way the Lord worked in the lives of these women was something I had never experienced before.
Chains were just hitting the floor, and people were being set free! Thanks be to God.
Laurie does not take what she does lightly, so there is a lot of prayer, consideration, and discernment in her decision making skills.

I have worked alongside Laurie through both of her book launches, "Coffee House Parenting" and "Seeing Through The Darkness", and her heart and dedication to the mission is second to none. Laurie’s message to our moms’ ministry, hosted by our church in Clifton Park, was both heartfelt and uplifting. She spoke with wisdom, honesty, and a deep understanding of the challenges and joys of motherhood.
