Crystal McFadden, LPC is first and foremost an ambassador of Jesus Christ. After rebelling against any faith or Jesus related utterance until the age of 24, and becoming very ill in her young adult years, she surrendered to the hope and restoration as a new creation and wholehearted proclaimer of the good news for God's glory in 2008. Crystal has delivered professional and faith based presentations to local, state, national, and global audiences through virtual and in-person platforms. Crystal brings the unique gift of flexibility to event planners by excelling at the personalization of resilience related messages which weave into the needs of the program being requested while also enhancing synchronicity between speakers.
As a wife, mother, military spouse, veteran, counselor and Christian, Crystal applies her education and personal experiences to the challenging waves we all experience during this this life on Earth. Crystal specializes in Critical Incident Stress Management and finds herself pouring into others professionally and personally when life shakes us unexpectedly as individuals, as a group, or in our business. Finding calm in the midst of the storm is seeing the gospel come to life in tangible circumstances. Whether we find ourselves at home, at work, or in our own head, things may seem like a large mess. Yet our mess is the opportunity to catch a glimpse of our Savior's magnificence.

I had the privilege to hear Crystal speak at a Saturday morning women’s breakfast at our church. Crystal is a wonderful speaker and speaks with such clarity and wisdom. We were all very moved and encouraged by her message especially from a Scriptural and Biblical perspective and many told her so, myself included! I would love to hear Crystal speak again and/or anytime.

Crystal is an amazing speaker. I had the pleasure of being in attendance at a networking event where she spoke and I was left in awe. Although there were many in the room, I felt as though she was speaking directly to me. Her message was clear, funny and very relevant. I don't think there was a person in the room who didn’t leave with their soul touched .

I listened to Crystal speak as part of a professional development portion of a women's networking group, Brave Women Project. There's nothing I like more than ah ha! moments, and Crystal shed new light on how I can view my personal history with a different lens, and the positive impact that has on my here-and-now and future. I was reminded that we have a choice in how we consider the events of our life experience; how we frame our perspective matters for how we see ourselves today and our potential going forward. She shared her unique practical process along with her personal experience in a personable, engaging way, and I am better for it!

Crystal was a featured speaker at the 2021 Pennsylvania Association of Occupational Health Nurses annual conference. Her presentation focused on recovery and discovery after personal loss while staying professional and was it ever timely! The pandemic has left many nurses feeling overwhelmed by the demands and losses both professionally and personally. Crystal's presentation brought focus and coping strategies to nurses who sorely needed a mental health boost. She exceeded our expectations in her presentation!
