As a Baptist Preacher’s daughter, Robbie’s first memories are from the country churches of north central Texas. And at 12 years of age, her love of “everything Jesus” was made public with the acceptance of Him as her Savior and Lord. 

Yet, until she entered a fast-paced and successful career, fraught with secular business and personal decisions, did she gravitate toward a personal reliance and relationship with The Father, The Son and Spirit of God.

Gring is an accomplished Marketing and New Business Development Professional, based in Atlanta, with a distinguished career marked by four decades of innovative and successful marketing, sales, branding, and communication initiatives. 

Her expertise spans new business growth strategies, brand development, strategic planning, content creation, and event planning. 

Since 1988, Gring has provided consulting services, developing over 1,800 marketing and business plans. Her trademarked Gring Formula for “motivating audiences to action” has been a cornerstone in her consulting practice, contributing to strategic marketing success for clients across diverse sectors. 

Her career is a testament to her ability to drive growth, brand development and strategic marketing initiatives across various industries. 

Her non-profit work as a member of the Founding Team of Water@Work Ministry, continues to dramatically impact lives in the Dominican Republic through effective water treatment and offering “the living water” of the Gospel news to some of the world’s poorest of the poor.

Her educational background includes a B.A. in Communications from The University of Alabama and graduate studies from George Washington University.

Gring is recognized as an industry leader, contributing as an instructor and facilitator in in various professions organizations. 

She is a member of First Baptist Church of Alpharetta, Georgia where she offers praise as an Alto voice in the Chapel Choir and as a vocal worship leader.
