Accepting God's call as a Stephen Minister, Lisa stepped out in faith beyond her shame of childhood abuse, family addiction, and a debilitating mental health diagnosis. In her talks, she wants to empower others to embrace victory through Jesus as they increase their trust, hope, and faith. Lisa aims to inspire others to live with joy and in uncompromising peace.
Lisa writes and speaks to the truth of what the audience feels. She shares her story of battling stigma, fear, and isolation with a strong passion. Her insight and clarity on these subjects foster hope and healing in the kingdom community.
Within the church family is a hidden face or shattered heart, afraid to share their truth for fear of what Christians might think or say. Let's change the stigma and rewrite the rules together.
Lisa currently resides in Florida, where she enjoys life as a freelance writer, blogger, inspirational speaker, and aspiring author; most of all, she is a wife, mother, and grandmother. She enjoys her walks alongside others in their time of need. She is a beach enthusiast and enjoys hiking, visiting museums, and trying new food.
