Carrie is an author and speaker who is a passionate communicator to hurting souls. After the loss of her infant daughter, Carrie began a support group in her community named "Held: Support for mothers after pregnancy or infant loss." This ministry opened Carrie's heart to see all those who are hurting in the body of Christ. Through writing and speaking, Carrie hopes to minister to the hearts of women who are wrestling with their faith because of the hardships of this life and point them toward the God of all comfort.
Carrie lives near Grand Rapids, Michigan with her husband, teenage son, and her cockapoo named Lucy. When she is not spending time with her family, or writing, you can find her coaching gymnastics or at the beach.
