After retiring from a 35 year career with Texas A&M University focused on career coaching, employer relations, and alumni engagement, I started my Christian Life and Mindset Coaching practice, Intended Mindset Coaching. www.intendedmindset.com.
My passion is partnering with Christian women to access the voice of the Holy Spirit in our soul to drive our thoughts and emotions. I have a special heart for second chance individuals striving to disconnect from the negative chatter in their brains. With my spiritual gift of mercy, my strategic strength of problem solving, and my heart strength of love, I work with clients to sift through the drudge and live with the mindset God intended.
I love connecting individuals seeking to network with the right people to provide guidance and innovative resources. Watching people realize and achieve their personal and professional goals is one of my greatest joys. Connecting Aggies makes that joy all the more special.
Seasoned speaker having delivered numerous presentations on Christian mindsets, networking, career management topics at the local, regional and national levels. My speaking topics have included Christian mindsets, building relationships, and accessing Spirit led soul strengths to reduce anxiety and stress.
I am honored to serve as the 2024 president for the Aggie Women Network and an active member with the National Association of Colleges and Employers.
One of my greatest passions is my partnership and advocacy with the Prison Entrepreneurship Program since 2005 and Empowering Women Out of Prison since 2022. The Lord is moving in amazing ways in both of these programs.
