God Speaks to Me? is for those, like Marlene, who at times may question their ability to hear God speak. The excerpts of her personal encounters with God will communicate, demonstrate, and motivate others to love the Lord Jesus Christ and to live out His Word in their daily lives.
Father, fine-tune my hearing
And help me to see,
You are calling; calling for me.
There are many voices on any given day
I just keep on rushing, hurrying on my way.
You say You will speak.
You say You will wait.
The day’s almost gone,
It’s getting very late.
You say if I will listen,
Your voice then I will hear.
I’ll have clear direction,
And feel your presence near.
You ask,
How can you keep running?
And putting up a fight?
All I have for you
Is revealed by My light.
Come and listen,
Hear what I say.
A plan for you, My child, for today.
Stop struggling to stay in control.
Let me take over,
Learn in my school.
I’ll teach you the ways to lead you aright.
It’s not easy; the enemy will fight.
Trust Me to bring your heart in tune with mine,
Then you will find a plan that’s divine.
