Taylor K. Arthur is a Board Certified Master Mental Health Coach who helps women move forward on their mental health journeys. Her holistic approach focuses on helping every woman fill her own pitcher--from sleep, exercise, and diet to faith, friendships, and purpose--so that they can live a full and rewarding life.
She speaks and writes about faith-based mental health topics, and her writing has been featured on theMighty, HealthyPlace.com, MadetoMother.com, and more. She is the author of Pitcher Full of Prayers: 31 Days to Bless Your Heart and Fill Your Cup to Overflowing and the founder of Forward Mental Health. Her Pitcher talk has been well-received by women's groups all over Puget Sound. She serves as a Seattle Children's Hospital Parent Adviser and leads the women's ministry, Pitcher Nights, at Bethany Baptist Church.
Taylor lives in Puyallup, WA with her husband Jack, two sons, and a very spoiled Goldendoodle, named Zeke. She spends every morning with a cup of coffee, her Bible, and Jesus.
