Erica N. Williams Benjamin is a highly-rated motivational speaker with 8+ years of experience as a women's ministry leader and group facilitator. She is the CEO and founder of Journey to Purity®. With over 11 years of abstinence before her marriage in May 2023, Erica has overcome adversity and is anchored in her faith. Her mission is to empower Christian women to flourish in purity and purpose.

As a young adult, Erica N. Williams Benjamin possesses a deep understanding of the challenges faced by her generation. Following the loss of her father at a young age, Erica encountered grief and spent years seeking solace in unhealthy relationships. However, a transformative encounter with God changed her perspective. Erica embraced God's love and purpose for her life, forever altering her trajectory.
On September 12, 2011, Erica resolved to abstain from premarital sex, and shortly after, she underwent baptism. Rather than allowing adversity to define her, Erica clung to God's Word and committed herself to spreading the message of Jesus Christ. She particularly focuses on guiding youth and young adults to discover God's purpose for their own lives.
Erica holds a degree from the University of South Carolina Upstate and has completed the Master of Public Administration (MPA) program at Georgia Southern University. With a sincere passion for the healing, restorative, and redemptive power of Jesus, she loves sharing this message through writing, public speaking, and mentoring women. Notably, Erica's work has been featured in influential publications such as The Washington Post, The Lily, and YouVersion Bible App.
As an accomplished author, Erica has penned two books: "Don't Give Up: A 7-Day Devotional Journey for Women" (released September 2019) and "With God's Help I Will: A 54-Week Scripture, Prayer, & Guided Purity Journal for Women" (released in August 2021).
