Julene Litke is a leadership coach and consultant, licensed minister, and executive pastor who engages audiences with thought-provoking concepts in an empowering manner. A few of her favorite topics include women's leadership, organizational dynamics in churches, and the impact of soft skills.

With than 40 years of leadership experience, Julene Litke is passionate about working with leaders to help them remove growth barriers, so they can lead with effectiveness and excellence.

Julene is the founder of Next Level Leaders, LLC and has been coaching and consulting in the church and business leadership spaces since 2016. She is accredited through the International Coaching Federation, has a BA in Organizational Leadership, is a Maxwell Leadership Certified Team member, Certified Master Coach through ICF-affiliated Center for Coaching Certification, and an AccuMatch Behavioral Intelligence certified coach.

Julene brings valuable insight and intuitiveness to leaders who are caught in an endless cycle of putting out fires and shouldering the heavy load of responsibilities, leaving them with limited time for uninterrupted focus and proactive planning. Through one-on-one coaching, consulting, and strategic planning, Julene comes alongside leaders in a thought-provoking, constructive process that reduces burnout, increases awareness and clarity, and maximizes personal and professional potential, inspiring leaders to develop others.

Julene is also a licensed minister and serves as the Executive Pastor of her church where she designs strategic processes and develops leaders to move each ministry team forward.

She and her husband John have been married for 41 years and have two grown children and three grandchildren. With a heart for adventure, Julene is especially fond of cliff jumping.
