Marlene is an outstanding woman who loves the Lord, her family, church and ministry with all her heart. She is a gifted writer, speaker, counselor, mentor, and friend who is passionate about ministry.
The biggest blessing for me is that You have come on this website!
Why? You now have the opportunity to get to know my dear friend and mentor of 6+ years. As you comb through this website, know you have been prayed for, and you will be exposed to Marlene’s wisdom, experiences, and her love for other women.
What makes Marlene unique is that she gives everything she has for two reasons:
1.) First and foremost, her calling from the Lord is to love on women as her way of glorifying Him. Her walk is evident because of her personal relationship with the Lord and her desire is to represent Him extremely well as His “boots on the ground.”
2.) You have an opportunity to share Marlene’s wisdom (both successes and failures) through her transparency by connecting with her in love and compassion.

Marlene Salcher is a gem in my life! Her love for Jesus radiates. Rarely have I met someone so passionate to know and serve
God in any capacity He directs. Marlene’s life is testament to her desire to honor God and reach others with the Gospel - as an author, speaker, mentor, Bible teacher, missionary, and advocate for the poor.
God’s Word is hidden in her heart. She readily encourages others to trust God in their hard places because of His proven character and faithfulness in her life. Marlene’s refreshing
honesty – shared in her book God’s Speaks to Me? Tuning Into the Living God – sets readers on a journey of listening for God in their own lives. Marlene would be an excellent guest
speaker for women’s groups or events.

I've been a follower of Marlene's life for many years, and she's about one thing--seeking Jesus and doing His will! I've seen her speak to Bible study, mentoring, and prayer groups of 10 to 50, and then to groups of 300+, and she imparts God's truths and encourages women to follow Jesus every time. Her love for Him shines bright and is palpable to everyone she encounters. The Scripture flows out of her accompanied by practical and relevant applications. I always feel as though she's speaking to just me with her great stories of love, hope, joy and just the right amount of correction sprinkled in. Her delivery is honest, conversational, touching, humorous at times and warm. Marlene is Spirit-led and is faithful in hearing His voice and delivering the message He wants for each group. You most assuredly will leave any venue where Marlene speaks energized and enlightened! Get ready for a Rheama Word!

Marlene is such a unique gift to the Body of Christ because of her unquenchable, fiery passion for the Word, with an ear that is always inclined and trained to hear the Father’s voice.
I've watched God chisel my friend Marlene into the servant-hearted woman she is, a beautiful mix of rich, applied biblical knowledge with a heart for mentoring women. Now she offers you some of the practical, priceless pearls of wisdom she has downloaded straight from the Father. Let her teachings forged in fire, seasoned with grace and love guide you into discovering more of Who God is, and who He says you are in Him. For you, too, are essential to the Kingdom. Marlene teaches out of experience through messages which have been hammered out in her own life by the anvil of God. Like her name which means myrrh, she has become a living fragrance through a heart that has been bruised and crushed. Marlene’s lessons truly release the fragrance of the Holy Spirit into the
lives of the women she teaches. No one lives untouched by Marlene’s genuine walk with God.
