I am one of eleven children, a PK from southern California, transplanted to Long Island, NY via Greece! I have four grown children, a lovely Greek husband and my life is much like "My Big Fat Greek Wedding"! (Hence, the four adult children that all live at home, you simply do not move out until you get married!) Although I am a xeni, (foreigner) I speak fluent Greek and it has enriched my study of the Bible immensely.
I am the women's ministry leader at Bethlehem Assembly of God, in Valley Stream, NY and the founder of My Sisters' Keeper, and "The James 1:27 Project". I currently am on the executive team of Hope Day New York, a non profit faith based organization that works by uniting and mobilizing churches, businesses and professionals in our region who love to serve, assist and empower people. http://www.hopedayny.org
