With her only child, Mary, thriving in college out east and the bittersweet sale of her cherished four-generation family farm, Robyn has embraced a new chapter in her life as an empty nester single parent with her best fur friend, Socrates.

Robyn has relocated to the quaint, Hallmark-worthy town of Frankenmuth, Michigan, where she and her loyal canine companion find solace and inspiration amidst the charming chimes of the Bavarian Inn glockenspiel and the gentle whistles of the Bavarian Belle riverboat.
