Dr. Kay was gracious enough to present on extremely short notice to our 20 working parents, eager to learn about improving communication skills within their families, all at no cost. She did this from the goodness of her heart and it showed in her presentation style. She was effective at keeping the attention and engagement of a room of parents, accompanied by their young children, after a long day of work. She received positive feedback from the attendees and we were thrilled at her detailed yet lively presentation. Dr. Kay gave practical takeaways that our parents could and add to their daily communication style. In addition, her presentation as a speaker at Jobs Partnership classes have been equally informative and thought provoking. In fact, it is from these presentations that I requested she speak to our program participants. I confidently give my recommendation to Dr. Kay Julien as I know she will be a valuable asset and member to Christian Women Speakers.
