Lana Bach is the co-founder and Director of Encouragement Ministeries, Inc., a 501(c)3 Non-Profit Ministry Organization, where she has been passionately serving for over 30 years. An experienced speaker at women’s events and teacher of grief recovery classes, Lana shares how the life-changing, healing power of God can transform even the most difficult circumstances.
Having personally walked through the heartbreak of losing a soulmate, Lana is uniquely qualified to speak to the many stages of becoming single again, whether through widowhood or unwanted divorce. In her first book, Single Again-Not By Choice, she addresses the deep emotions and challenges of those who find themselves unexpectedly alone offering hope and guidance rooted in faith.
Lana’s opens her heart and shares in her most recently published book, You’re Going to Trust Me, Right? The Memoir of a Widow’s Journey: Purpose in the Pain. With compassion and understanding, Lana shares her widow journey after losing her husband and ministry partner of 30 years. She reminds the broken-hearted that God is our only source of strength even when we don't understand His ways and that God wants us to go deeper in Him.
