Lorraine's journey started when she woke up at 60 and realized all the goals and aspirations she had set out for herself: the weight she so desperately wanted to lose, the healthy lifestyle she desired, and all the ways she wanted to believe in herself honestly -- it had all eluded her no matter how many new year’s resolutions she made, books she read or new diets she started. Each year, she vowed that “this would be the year,” only to realize by now that decades had passed.

 

On that morning on her 60th birthday, Lorraine chose to dig deep inside her soul and embark on a journey of learning her self-worth and reaffirming her intricate and unique value with her Creator. She has since transformed her life from the inside out.

 

 As of today, Lorraine has lost a total of 125lbs. In this chapter, she is committed to continuing the path to total health, wellness, and living with a zest. She has an enormous passion for sharing what she has learned. She finds it incredibly rewarding to share her story to impact women her age with the message that if she can do it, other women can do it, too, no matter the obstacle or how a person has numbed the pain.

Since losing her weight, she has become an Image Consultant, resulting in a beautiful change from the inside out. Lorraine has been married to her husband for 48 years.
