Nicole Carter and I have known each other for a few years. She is a joyful, intelligent, enthusiastic, and creative person. She has much patience, motivation, and empathy. Nicole always speaks to empower those she encounters. I’ve enjoyed reading and reviewing her resources and her professional endeavors. Also, being part of one of her book collaborations. Nicole is a charismatic and engaging speaker. She shares relatable stories that makes us want to pay attention and anticipate what's next. Her pleasant and joyful spirit is very welcoming for strangers. It's apparent that she has a gift to connect with others through her contagious positivity.
