Erin truly has embraced what it means to be the hands and feet, and mouthpiece of Christ.
Since I met her years ago she has always had a burning desire to help the community around her to better their holy temple mind, body and soul.
It's her heartfelt mission that women take sery the time to care for themselves so they can care for others.
It's very fitting that she touches on
Soul Rest something us busy women need to not feel guilty about but instead empowered by.
