At 54 years of age, 40 years after that first touch crossed the line, the Holy Spirit met me in my corner prayer chair with a word of healing that transformed my life. There is no reason why your past should control your future for even one more day. If I can help one woman find freedom, regardless of her age, then sharing my vulnerable story is worth every ounce of effort.
I spent 40 years thinking it was ALL MY FAULT. Covered by guilt and shame, I only found freedom after I heard someone say "a coerced YES is a NO." Freedom came in that very moment. I am leading a FREEDOM REVOLUTION by showing up authentically in my story and creating space for other women to do the same so they too can shed their shame. It's time for a shift...one woman, one story at a time!
I am a creative visionary and successful business woman committed to disrupting the norm of our striving culture. I share a personal story and message that transforms, empowers and frees women to get comfortable with their own story. In this process, women are discovering how to shift the past from blocking them to being a stepping stone propelling them into the abundant and free life God has designed for them.
My ideal audience of women includes, but not limited to, retreats, business and faith conferences, church groups, community clubs and organizations, and MOPS groups.
I am often on the side of selecting speakers for events so I understand the weight of this decision. I would love to hop one a phone call with you and see if we are a fit for each other.
A bit more about me:
I am a Southern girl rooted in deep love of family and Jesus, an adored wife, and a serial entrepreneur beginning around the age of 7. I hung up my marketing career in the early 2000s to come home and be a mom to our 4 beautiful, now grown, children. Once they were all in school, I joined a network marketing company and our team grew to over 7,ooo members with sales topping five million per year. Seeing a need for some local moms, I founded the non-profit "Moms Helping Moms Texas." and went on to design and create a boutique female-focused coworking space, The Grove Workspace for Women. I have created a number of businesses, some successful and many not. I use my years of experience and my love for Jesus to help women break free so they can bravely pursue their God given passion and purpose.
I am the founder of "The Growth Summit" annual conference where women come to connect on a soul level and be inspired to think outside of the box and grow to places they only dreamed of. In an effort to connect and disciple women worldwide, in January 2025 at the 3rd annual Growth Summit, I will launch a nonprofit platform for women desiring to grow in their faith and business to make an IMPACT not only in their own life, but in their community and world.

I've heard Lori speak on several occasions and on several topics -- family, faith, raising children, entrepreneurship, finding balance in life, etc. -- and in every sphere she is 100% genuine, compassionate, and relatable. Her magnetic personality is somehow both vivacious and approachable. She's exactly the same one-on-one as she is in front of 30 or 300. I cannot remember exactly when I met Lori Gasca, but once you have, you will find that you can't remember life without her. She makes an impact in a very loving and subtle way. She is not loud, boastful or brazen. She does not pound her beliefs upon a crowd. She quietly enters your life and anchors in. And you feel that grounding. I feel that grounding. Even tho we are not close friends, we are friends and she is a mentor. That being said I feel that I could go to her with just about anything and she would be there for me. I know one day she will grow an audience so large that this may not be a practical expectation, but I know she will be there thru podcasts, books and speaking engagements. She is steeped in the Word and in the Life of our Savior. This is undeniable, and the way she represents Jesus and His teachings are obvious and practical to everyday life. I have attended her programs and summits and Lori is consistent. People love her and so do I.
