Ingrid's father died when she was two years old, leaving her mother injured in the accident with four children to raise. Ingrid had to help her mom with English and penmanship. Ingrid's strength and determination to lead her family at a young age was inspired by her faith in Jesus to overcome major family struggles and hardships. She shares her great accomplishments from an early age to empower others to make the best decisions. She started flying airplanes at 17 years old and then served 22 years in the United States Army. She is an expert on professional development, innovation and technology. From the inner city of Paterson, NJ to the most complicated mission-critical environments: aviation and intelligence collection missions. Ingrid's mission is to make a difference in the lives of others. She shares her exciting professional and personal stories.
