Born in Youngstown, Ohio, Buffy was raised under the influence of legendary Evangelist Kathryn Kuhlman. From an early age, Buffy knew that God had placed a call on her life. Yet, as a result of child abuse and other issues, she spent several years running from God and the call to ministry.
She is President and CEO of Declare The Word International, and serves in Prison Ministry at the County, State and Federal levels. Buffy was named Volunteer of the Year 2019 for the Greene County Justice Center and is the first female Chaplain to both the male and female population at GCJC. As an author, singer, song writer, evangelist, missionary and powerful speaker she travels where the Lord leads sharing her faith and preaching a call to repentance, encouraging others to step out into their calling to live victorious lives. She resides in Springfield, Missouri with husband Kim Stensrud.
