Andrea Nyberg is an author, speaker and photographer passionate about the complex collision of faith and mental health and its impact on womanhood, marriage and motherhood. She helps women (re)frame fear and find freedom in their faith and identity.

Battling anxiety and depression lured her into a shame spiral. But a brave moment of vulnerability within the moms group at her church helped her take the first step towards freedom from stigmas and self-sabotage. Andrea's book, I'm Such A Messterpiece: Shattering Stigmas, (Re)Framing Our Fears, and Finding Ourselves Fully Loved, invites others who are facing a crisis of faith and identity to consider that pain and hope can hold hands, a mess can still be a masterpiece, and the God who created us will be with us, will strengthen us, and will love us no matter what.
Andrea holds a Masters in Educational Leadership from Gateway Seminary and began speaking professionally in 2017. She brings humor, honesty and a heart of compassion as she helps women reframe their fears and find freedom in their faith, identity in Christ, and mental health.
