It’s a sin to do less than your best.

After a difficult childhood, I got saved at 17. Two years later, I married a preacher’s son believing that the Lord had something great for me to do for him. And he did! I did not, however, follow him at that time. I followed my husband and eventually joined the U.S. Air Force. My goal was to get an education and get out, settle down somewhere and raise a family. The Lord had other plans. After a year in the military, the Lord blessed us with a special needs child. The military paid for every surgery, procedure and hospitalization! This led me to re-enlist until retirement. During this time, I did a great deal of military public speaking and teaching. I also stayed involved in local churches and women’s groups teaching and singing. After almost 19 years of marriage, my husband found his “soul mate” in someone else. In my pain, frustration and anger I moved in close to the Lord. My goal was to discover who I was, where I needed to be, what the Lord wanted to do with the rest of my life, and how I was to get there. After nine years of soul searching, the Lord introduced me to my current husband. We went to Bible College and then became missionaries to the fairs of America with Amazing Grace Mission. We now travel several months of the year with AGM where we present the gospel to hundreds of people and see many saved. My husband preaches and presents our ministry and I sing at churches all over the U.S. The Lord has given me great trials and blessings and a heart to share with women.
