A Word of Life Bible Institute and Clarks Summit University Graduate, Joyce and her late husband Robert traveled as “Concerts of Worship & Praise” from Maine to Florida and beyond, ministering through music and word in local churches. They served at America's Keswick since 1997 as the Artists-in-Residence. In 2021, Robert was called home to heaven after a year-long battle with stage 4 pancreatic cancer. Joyce continues to serve as the Women’s event coordinator and now as a Partner Care Associate at America's Keswick Conference Center in Whiting, NJ. She remarried the "love for the rest of her life," Paul Ciotta, a chaplain at America's Keswick Colony of Mercy Addiction Recovery Center for Men. Together, they have a ministry called "Communicating with Purpose," Sharing the truth of God's word through music and spoken word.
Joyce is the mother of a teenager and a married son. She is also the stepmother of 4 adult children bringing her total grandchildren to 11! Joyce shares with women from personal life experiences with practical Bible lessons. Joyce sings cover songs and some original numbers that have a message of hope and encouragement for women to live life to the full with Confidence in Jesus Christ.
