Have you ever played soccer, softball, or kickball where you were chasing after the ball, just to try and win at the game? Many times, we "chase" after something to try and win, whether it's with our job, home life, church, friends, family, etc. What we find is that we can "chase" all day, every day, but yet never feel as if we're winning. We never have that peace, hope, joy, we just continue to feel empty.
Chasing after Jesus is where, we find that peace, and fulfillment that has left us empty and lost.
From Cheryl's own experience of being empty, filled with shame and regrets, she will share with you the importance of chasing after Jesus.
