More About Michele Brands

Michele Brands teaches women how to move from routine religion to life-giving faith. Founder of Gathered In Grace Prayer Ministry, Michele is called to lead women to experience their own personal relationship with God and feed their soul through God’s holy Word. She has taken thousands of women through her on-line Bible Studies including, “A Year of Peace”, “The Love Feast” and “Discover Yourself in the Women of the Bible”.

Michele has been a music ministry leader for over twenty five years.   Yet ten years ago, her life of faith deepened when a series of life events and hardships, led her to “get into and stay in the Word of God.”  When she did, her eyes were opened and she received a hunger and thirst for God’s Word that she had never experienced before.  Through time spent in the word of God each day, her life has been transformed and she has gained increasing love and commitment to her relationship with Jesus Christ.

Michele received a calling in 2004 to begin a prayer ministry.  She didn’t answer the call immediately, but God persisted.  (In fact, He made it impossible for her to say no!)  Gathered In Grace Prayer Ministry, brings women of faith together to read, reflect and study Scripture, as well as support each other through strategic and focused prayer.  She is called to lead women to experience their own personal relationship with God and feed their soul through God’s holy Word.  Michele believes daily prayer brings us into full communion with our Heavenly Father, and provides the grace we need to go about our calling in the home, the workplace, the church and community.

A full-time healthcare director, Michele is married and a happy mom to six adult children in total and two four-legged kids too.
