Kristan has worked in ministry for over a decade. She currently sits on the Anthem House Church team as the Discipleship/Teaching Pastor. Equipped with a master’s degree in educational ministry from Cincinnati Christian Seminary (Cincinnati, Ohio), Kristan is passionate about taking people to a deeper place in their relationship with Christ.
Experiencing a life call that can be summed up in one word, “bigger,” Kristan, her husband, Dave and their two girls, Ella (16) and Addilyn (13), once rallied an entire community to build a brand new home for a family who had been living in a flood-damaged house with their cancer-stricken daughter. Shortly after that, Kristan published her first book and Bible study, titled "Bigger." Sharing her message that God doesn't put a band-aid over what's broken, instead if we allow Him, He rebuilds it to be more than we ever asked or imagined possible. God is not the rebuilder of all things fixed, He is the rebuilder of all things broken. After that she and her family spent some time running a street ministry in the red light district of Hamilton, Ohio out of an old firehouse known as Hose House #4. Her time there, prepared her for church planting and disciple making in a way she never imagined. She is currently working on her second book that will focus on following Jesus off the beaten path using stories from her time at the Hose House.
Kristan is the director of Renewal Women. An organization working to transform a generation of women to know, believe in and live out their full identity in Christ. Renewal meets for retreats, worship nights, discipleship one day events and outreach opportunities all of the cities of Cincinnati and Dayton. She also serves as a coach for the Gravity Leadership team. As a coach she works with church leaders all over the country, equipping them to not only center their hearts in the love of Christ but also raise up disciples who do the same. In her free time when she is not at the soccer field with Addy or the dance studio with Ella or on the lake with Dave you might find her at the gym or hidden away in her office blogging on kristandooley.com
