More About Alysa Clark

Alysa Clark is a speaker, writer, and story-telling photographer who grows the confidence of women to be all God designed them to be. Come be inspired, encouraged, and motivated to take action with hope and joy.

********

Alysa lives in Chicago with her husband Jack, and her teenage son, Jackson. Her daughter, Madison, just graduated from Calvin University in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Alysa has been speaking to women for 20+ years at various banquets and events, MOPS meetings, women’s Bible Studies, weekend retreats, etc.

Alysa loves the outdoors, loves to laugh, loves her friends, and loves reading. She calls herself an outgoing introvert, needing time alone to recharge.

Alysa finds great joy in authentically sharing personal life experiences woven together with practical Bible insights, inspiring women to take their next right steps.

As a former MOPS (Mothers of Preschoolers) coordinator, Alysa is also passionate about coming alongside moms, inspiring and encouraging them to live intentionally, with joy, hope, and the freedom to be who God created them to be.

Alysa’s heartbeat is to live a life on purpose that includes welcoming others into her ordinary days. She recently released a book (Sept 2023) titled The Imperfect Welcome: when an ordinary family, eclectic strangers, and radical hospitality collide. In what can only be described as an adventure, this inspiring book--filled with stories of eccentric characters from around the world--shows that the imperfect welcome is the best kind of welcome. A welcome that invites us all home.
