Casandra Merritt is a mental health counselor, coach, author, and energic, exciting, and bubbly speaker who empowers and equips women to start fresh or rise again. 

I am Casandra Merritt, and I enjoy serving my family and the local church, reading, stealing moments away at the beach, and maintaining the mixture in my blended family. After traveling worldwide, We decided to call sunny Tampa Bay my home. I serve women globally. I have a Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling and am working on my doctoral. In addition, I am an author, an award-winning mindset coach, and a public speaker. I am the Chief Executive Officer of Arisewithcasandra, a company that focuses on assisting women in overcoming mental barriers, uncovering their purpose, and discovering who they truly are. Start Fresh Counseling, where we promote improved mental health for families, couples, children, and individuals of all backgrounds by providing Professional Counseling, Psychotherapy services, Life coaching, and Christian Counseling guided by the teachings of Jesus Christ.
