Gwyn Mais is a wife of 18 years, mom of two girls, veteran and military spouse, certified Christian life coach, and motivational speaker. Her years of experience with crisis and trauma started at the age of 18 with her own family crisis. Little did she know that was the start of events that would eventually all lead to one thing, her calling to help others in crisis. Currently, she helps wounded wives that recently found out about affairs to walk through the aftermath, claim joy, and move into a God-driven life. God gave her a voice to boldly speak about what happens after affairs, awareness around that, and how to move through it from a Biblical perspective. Empathy and encouragement can be found throughout her ministry using her unique story to speak into the lives of others.
