More About Julie Sathoff

Julie Sathoff was a part of Saddleback Church Ministry from 2007 to 2019. She has been with her husband, Chad, for over 30 years, and they have three active boys: Aidan, 25, Gavin, 22, and Jacob, 19.

Julie comes from a corporate background, where she built and ran a successful mortgage company in Orange County. However, after the birth of her third child, she felt God's call to close the company to save her marriage. This marked the beginning of her journey into ministry.

At Saddleback, Julie was asked to join the staff to enlist, encourage, equip, and empower thousands of volunteers across all 19 campuses. Later, feeling God's call to Colorado for an Executive Pastor position, she transitioned to working with Chemistry Staffing as a Church and Candidate Coach, leveraging her passion for coaching pastors through the ups and downs of ministry.

Julie's enthusiasm for promoting the potential in others is evident. She emphasizes the importance of daily connection with God, reminding everyone that we are ambassadors for Christ 24/7, regardless of life's challenges.

A dynamic speaker, Julie has addressed audiences ranging from 30 to over 10,000 people. Her engaging style and proven ability to inspire action have made her a sought-after speaker and coach.
