Gayla Grace serves on staff as a speaker and a writer with FamilyLife, an international organization dedicated to providing biblical, practical help for family relationships. She's passionate about equipping marriages and families to develop godly homes and create harmony with one another.

Gayla is the author of Stepparenting with Grace: A Devotional for Blended Families (Worthy Publishing) and co-author of Quiet Moments for the Stepmom Soul. She has more than 500 articles published in 80 parenting and marriage publications across the United States and Canada. 

Gayla holds a master's degree in Psychology and Counseling and has worked as a personal coach for two decades to offer biblical hope and encouragement to those in struggling relationships, particularly blended families. She co-founded Sisterhood of Stepmoms, was a co-host, and served on their national speaking team for eight years. 

She and her husband Randy have been married since 1995 and are happy empty nesters with five adult children in their blended family. They reside in Conway, AR, love to travel, hike national parks, and enjoy a good cup of coffee together.
