Amy Oberg is the owner of Hope & Health Hub, a mental health center with five counselors offering pastoral counseling, mental health coaching and online workshops. She is an educator, speaker and author of six books, including Cloud Tool for Littles and three journals (Cloud Tool Journal, Marriage Journal, and Gen Z Journal). Passionate about faith and mental well-being, she has a Bible degree and a masters in psychology. She loves equipping women with tools for healing and growth as a human and a follower of Jesus. Amy Oberg consults in cognitive psychology for businesses, counties, and schools. She teaches workshops, facilitates groups, and speaks for large groups. She graduated with a Bachelor’s in Biblical Studies, a Master’s degree in Psychology and she is currently in her Ph.D. program to be a Cognitive Psychologist who teaches, speaks, and writes tools to help people become emotionally healthy.
She loves spending Sunday dinner with her family, hanging out with friends, sitting in her camping chair, and enjoying a bit of patio time for coffee and contemplation with her husband.
Unlike most people, Amy is comfortable in a room full of people she does not know and loves humans!
