Jessie Lee Perez leads teams for a Fortune 100 company, author of multiple books, leads reconciliation from a Christ-centered approach, is a missionary, an internationally certified business analyst and the founder of a workforce development nonprofit (We Speak Color, Inc.). She equips people to fulfill the calling on their lives with clarity and confidence.

Jessie's walk with God has truly been an adventure. It was "hit the ground running" right out of the salvation gate. God's great grace had placed Jessie, not only in a teaching and discipling church upon salvation, but also had her completing her first two semesters with Regent University that first year, gaining depth in spiritual formation, but also powerful study of the Old and New Testament through an academic approach.
Jessie has vast international and cross culture experience, being one of the only white members of a primarily black church for the first 10 years of serving the Lord with a heavy international presence, then serving with a Spanish speaking Latin American congregation in the US for 10 years (both in the children's ministry and preaching for some special services). Jessie has missionary experience in Czech Republic, India, Indonesia, Philippians, Vietnam & Guatemala, and has taught virtually to congregations in Pakistan. Jessie now serves with a diverse body in the Nashville, TN area and still organizes mission trips both nationally and internationally.
In addition to direct service to the Lord, God has also lead Jessie heavily into the business arena. She has a Bachelors Degree in Global Business, she is an internationally certified Business Analyst (CBAP) through IIBA, a Lean Six Sigma certified Greenbelt, and studied Human Rights in Czech Republic. Jessie has extensive leadership training and trains others through multi-week programs, workshops and direct coaching. Jessie has established multiple Communities of Practice for a Fortune 100 company where she also leads teams, as well as business Boot Camps, and she speaks and trains on many stages both nationally and internationally on the topics of business, strategy, alignment, reconciliation (personal/professional/ministry) and equipping others to overcome and be their best selves.

Jessie is passionate about helping people get unstuck, and move from where they are to where they want to go; either personally or professionally. She loves helping people grow spiritually and gain a deeper and more clear understanding of God's word and the plan He has for their lives.
