As a Senior Leadership Coach and Consultant with GiANT Worldwide, and the founder and owner of Lynne Raatz Coaching & Consulting L.L.C. I am passionate about people development! My experience as a former active duty Army Officer and Stay-at-Home Mom as well as my education in Leadership and Theology all combine to give a me a unique perspective and voice through which I am able to share. My Christian faith is central to who I am and the heart behind my passion to see others maximize their potential, fully live out their God-given purpose, and live and lead lives of influence. My husband, Jack and I live in the Twin Cities area along with our three young boys.
