I believe we are created on purpose, with purpose, and for a purpose. I also believe we should do everything with purpose, and that includes reading God's Word. Whether you are a Woman with Purpose or a Couple with Purpose, this retreat is designed to bring purposeful Bible reading.

You provide the location and necessities, and I'll take care of all the meat of the weekend. This can be a 1-2 day retreat. I'll work with your schedule.
I have a strong desire to help people read, understand, and connect directly with the Word of God. I also have a desire to help people communicate about what they've read. After all, we were called to share the Gospel (Matthew 28:19).
Too often we depend on someone else to tell us what Scripture says, but until we read it for ourselves, we risk the possibility of following incorrect teaching. Most importantly, we miss out on precious one-on-one time with Jesus and hearing and recognizing His voice.
Over the years, I've discovered people don't read the Bible for themselves because they feel it's difficult to understand. In this retreat, you will not only receive teaching on what the Word says, but you will have meaningful breakout sessions where you will be actively engaged in reading the Word and hearing what God has to say through the words written on those pages. You will be given tools along the way to help make it easier to understand what you're reading.
