When God Calls

One of my latest experiences, and a call to action. 9/26/24

This speech is so powerful because this one teaches the audience on how to listen to God when He calls in the middle of the night.

Enjoy my testimony - by the way, this one was for someone who was grieving.

When God wakes you up at 3-4 in the morning. You better wake up, he just might be telling you something.

How do you know, you keep waking up at that same time.

I heard him: "Wake up, I want to show you something."

Rev 12.
"For the accuser of our brothers, who accuses them before our God day and night, has been hurled down.
They overcame him by the blood of the Lamb (Jesus)...
...But woe to the earth and the sea, because the devil has gone before you!
He is filled with FURY,
because he knows his time is short...

...Then the dragon was enraged at the woman and went off to make war against the rest of her offspring (US) - those who obey God's commandments and hold the testimony of Jesus."

Then in Rev. 13 & 14

We find this: "this calls for patient endurance on the part of the saints (that is, us who are saved in Christ) who obey God's commandments and remain faithful to Jesus."

1. The devil is angry. He is filled with fury and wrath.
2. But God is good and is all Powerful and Holy. Jesus is our helper and Advocator. He is our Hope.

In fact, remember in Luke 22:31
Satan asked if he could sift peter like wheat. That means, to shake him so much that he would lose the faith and fall so hard.

But Jesus! So awesome and loving prayed for Peter.

"31-32 “Simon, stay on your toes. Satan has tried his best to separate all of you from me, like chaff from wheat. Simon, I’ve prayed for you in particular that you not give in or give out. When you have come through the time of testing, turn to your companions and give them a fresh start.”

That's what we are to do today.
Pray Pray Pray for our loved ones.
Cover out families, friends, children, and communities. The devil ain't playing. He is filled with fury against us.

He lost his spot in heaven and every time we worship God and give him thanks he is reminded of what HE once had.

But take heart, God is for you.

God’s Everlasting Love: Romans 8
"31 What then shall we say to these things? If God is for us, who can be against us? 32 He who did not spare His own Son, but delivered Him up for us all, how shall He not with Him also freely give us all things? 33 Who shall bring a charge against God’s elect? It is God who justifies. 34 Who is he who condemns? It is Christ who died, and furthermore is also risen, who is even at the right hand of God, who also makes intercession for us. 35 Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword? 36 As it is written:

“For Your sake we are killed all day long;
We are accounted as sheep for the slaughter.”

37 Yet in all these things we are more than conquerors through Him who loved us. 38 For I am persuaded that neither death nor life, nor angels nor principalities nor powers, nor things present nor things to come, 39 nor height nor depth, nor any other created thing, shall be able to separate us from the love of God which is in Christ Jesus our Lord."

-Jesus helps us in our hour of need.

Patience and Endurance is key in my read this morning.

And lastly, "And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes, and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain; for the former things are passed away.”
-Rev 21:4

We are not promised a perfect life on earth, actually contrary to that. But God promises for those who stand firm in the faith will see his Glory and live an everlasting life. This life is so short compared to the glory-life we get when he comes once more for us.

Rev22:12-13 “And behold, I am coming quickly, and My reward is with Me, to give to every one according to his work. 13 I am the Alpha and the Omega, the [a]Beginning and the End, the First and the Last.”

I can't wait for this day, to see God's glory and to see our loved ones once again. ?

In the meantime, we are blessed in him and can stand firm with the full-armor of Christ.

Thank you Father.
