When we've experienced a tragedy in our life - big or small - we may tend to ask, "Why did this have to happen?" "Is God in control of my life?" "Is God still good?" "Is there a purpose in this suffering?" and "Is there a blessing in this brokenness?"
Through Jesus, we learn that God's heart is for the hurting, the brokenhearted, the confused, and the suffering. In your affliction He wants desperately for you to come to Him in faith, knowing the He can heal you with His mercy and grace, His abounding steadfast love, and unending faithfulness. In this presentation, the listener will be encouraged to move forward amidst their affliction as they learn to trust in the goodness of God - the One who loves them and tenderly cares for them. Backed by scripture, they will learn Biblical theology that highlights and exalts the character and names of God. They will leave with a firm foundation for understanding how God uses their suffering for His glory and for their good. They will also find what it means to be blessed in the brokenness. This is a message of hope as we learn to trust the God we believe in.
