When we say "YES" to Jesus- we are now a "New Creation" according to 2 Cor 5:17- and all things have been made new. But... so many Christians get "stuck" if you will in "what was" instead of being able to live from "What Is" in Christ".
I believe this comes from a lack of understanding of how to separate from the old self or old nature and allow the Transformative power of Christ to live through us. Jesus taught that we would do greater things than He did- because we have Holy Spirit living inside of us, giving us access to the Father because of what Jesus accomplished. We haven't been taught how to engage in that manner and therefore are limiting God and what He desires to do in and through us.
As we journey through scripture together we learn how to live from what Jesus already did for us, who we are IN Him and Who He is IN us- and what that means. As we look deeper into what Paul teaches in Ephesians- we will begin taking hold of this truth and learn how to walk in victory against the tricks and deceit of the devil and the spiritual forces against us.
We are to be more than conquerers in Christ Jesus- It is time we learn what that means and take back what is ours in Spirit and Truth to advance the Kingdom of God.
