I have a strong desire to help people read, understand, and connect directly with the Word of God. Too often we depend on someone else to tell us what Scripture says, but until we read it for ourselves, we risk the possibility of following incorrect teaching. Most importantly, we miss out on precious one-on-one time with Jesus and hearing and recognizing His voice.
Over the years, I've discovered people don't read the Bible for themselves because they feel it's difficult to understand. In this intensive workshop, you will not only receive teaching on what the Word says, but you will be actively engaged in reading the Word and hearing what God has to say through the words written on those pages. You will be given tools along the way to help make it easier to understand what you're reading.
*If you're interested in doing this as a married couple's weekend, make sure to indicate that in your inquiry. My husband and I will also offer a married option where we both will lead.
