Could the Adulterous Woman and the Sinful Woman with the Alabaster Jar be one in the same person? Reading John and Luke's account of these two women can bring this into speculation. Although we think of both these women as very “Bad” girls, the Adulterous Woman and the Sinful Woman repented and received God’s grace and mercy. Their bravery and courage, was admitting and confessing their sins to the Lord. Both understood that strength for forgiveness and mercy comes only from a loving God.
